Biocatalystwatch organizes source-linked biotech and pharma calendars, company information, filings, and research context for general information and research purposes.

The service is not investment advice or medical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment. You make your own decisions about any information you review.

Content may combine official sources and clearly identified third-party sources. Catalyst dates may be estimates or ranges rather than exact dates.

Source publication, collection, normalization, translation, review, and service updates may be delayed. Content can be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, so check the linked primary source before relying on it.

Home, the company directory, and policy pages do not require an account. Guests can view the next 30 days of calendar events (including today, based on U.S. Eastern Time). Company details require sign-in. Signing in through an available Supabase login method unlocks the rest during the free beta. Use only an account you are authorized to use and sign out on a shared device.

Access is currently offered as a free beta without payment. This describes the current service, not a promise of permanent free access or future paid features.

Google sign-in does not grant editor or internal-administration permission.

Do not use the service to break the law or interfere with other users or normal service operation.

• Do not bypass access or security controls or attempt to use another person's session.
• Do not disrupt or overload the service or transmit malicious code.
• Do not send automated requests in a way that impairs normal service operation.

Features, content, sources, availability, and access boundaries may change. Parts of the service may be corrected, temporarily suspended, or discontinued.

Use the service and its information at your own judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for decisions or losses caused by reliance on delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate information, service interruptions, or third-party links and services.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
